Laura Linney
Laura Linney is an American actress who has become famous for her portrayal of strong, yet vulnerable character. Linney was raised in a theatre family, her father Romulus Linney was a playwright. She graduated in 1986 in the class of 1986 from Brown University. She then went on to study Theatre Arts at Arts Theatre School Moscow before finishing her studies at Juilliard School with a M.F.A. New York City 1990. She started performing immediately in the city on Broadway receiving awards for her roles, including Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
