She won the Sports Emmy in Miami during her time as a reporter at WTVJ-TV. She also worked for WPLG-TV in Miami as well as WPEC-TV located in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 1993, she joined ESPN and was picked as one of the initial anchors for ESPN2 as it came out that year. Her time at ESPN2 ran for three years. After that, she joined Fox Sports.
